Foundation Starke Kinder
We set up our “Starke Kinder” foundation to support the social activities of the employees in the Carpus network (Carpus+Partner AG, formitas AG and CP Bauteam GmbH). Whether in Aachen, Frankfurt, Munich, Cologne, Berlin or Athens – every employee can contribute projects to support children and then implement them with some colleagues or with the entire team of the network.
Local social projects
With the intention “Making children strong”, we have not only strengthened the cohesion among colleagues during our team days in recent years, but have also implemented social projects at the same time. In the summer of 2019, for example, the adventure playground “Zum Kirschbäumchen” was refurbished for two days, and in the autumn our Frankfurt team supported the Johannes-Vatter School in Friedberg.
Corona support
Especially in times of the Corona crisis, it was and still is of great concern to us to support people who are in need of help. For example, we help the Aachener Tafel, who had to close down their shop, to distribute food by setting up a delivery service with our own e.GOs and the help of our students. And in Munich, 100 children from the Munich orphanage and Münchner Kindl-Heim enjoyed self-made craft boxes at Easter.
Plan International
Since 2005, we have been supporting Plan International – an aid organization that is committed to the opportunities and rights of children worldwide and has set itself the goal of enabling girls and boys to live free from poverty, violence and injustice. In addition to the financial resources that we provide as a company, it is above all our employees who, through their letters, give a face to the 31 sponsorships of children from 25 different countries.
